We started alice g. AT HOME to bring together our experiences in interior design and business.  Recalling our summers on Long Island Sound and the Jersey shore with our grandmothers, we named the company for the women who taught us to sew, appreciate fine fabrics, and to value careful workmanship.

Our customers say what we do best is solve problems.  With fine materials, first-rate local sources and a workroom that pays careful attention to detail, we create solutions that respond to your style and your priorities.  We're happy to make use of things you already own and we'll find the things your home is missing.  We respect your budget and your time.    

One of our favorite creations is our unique throws that we call petite duvet.  We've made them for customers and have enjoyed them in our own homes for years.  We've designed three collections -- one for summer, one for winter and one for babies.
